Sydney Townhomes is a new development comprising of 20 modern townhomes based in Central Burquitlam – a neighbourhood gaining popularity among young couples and families as Vancouver’s place to be.
OVERVIEWTHE RESULTThis insight set the framework for the brand, from the initial identity – right through to stationery, brochures, social media, digital ads and a dynamic custom-built website. A highlight (and Good Thunder first!) was the fit-out of the sales suite which was constructed from a repurposed food truck. It was such a hit, it made it into the national news!
